Drains Unlimited Inc. ships stainless steel drainage products to customers across North America and internationally. Below you will find details on our shipping methods, timelines, and policies.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free ground shipping is available on all residential drain orders shipped within the continental United States.

For commercial and industrial products, shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Standard catalog items typically ship within 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation. Custom-built and made-to-order products may require additional lead time depending on specifications.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations, including the European Union. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use a variety of carriers depending on the size and destination of your order. Residential drain orders typically ship via ground service. Larger commercial and industrial orders may ship via freight carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Timelines

All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping dates are not the essence of this sale or the contract thereof. We will ship as close to the estimated schedule as possible. Under no circumstances will Drains Unlimited Inc. have any responsibility on account of delays in manufacture, transportation, or otherwise.

Material is subject to shipment in whole or in part, at our option, and each shipment is subject to immediate invoicing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact our sales team.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@drains-unlimited.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. For full details on returns and replacements, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
