Refund policy

Overview

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. All returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting our sales team at sales@drains-unlimited.com.

 

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on standard catalog products. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original factory condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom-built products and made-to-order items may only be returned with written authorization from the Drains Unlimited sales team. Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, these returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Sale and clearance items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

How to Start a Return

Contact our sales team at sales@drains-unlimited.com to initiate the process. Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package along with a return shipping address.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part. If the return is the result of our error, we will also refund the original shipping charges.

 

Exchanges

To exchange a product, contact our sales team during the return process and let us know your preferred replacement item. If the replacement costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference. Shipping on your first exchange is free.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@drains-unlimited.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can evaluate the issue. A prepaid return label may be provided depending on the circumstances.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless authorized in writing by our sales team. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original factory condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
