Floor drains are made of sheet metal of thickness adapted to a defined type of drain. Our manufacturing equipment allows us to minimize the need for welding through the use of a press-out process; the welding that does occur, is done on the outside of the drain body so that the drain’s hygienic quality is not compromised. The welding is done using argon as a shielding gas, this helps prevent any reaction that could be a problem during the welding process. After the welding process is completed, the weld points are pickled, thus ensuring high quality of joints.
