Exchange and Return Policy
Overview
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help you return or exchange it according to the following policy.
EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS MUST BE INITIATED BY CONTACTING OUR SALES TEAM at Drains Unlimited Sale (sales@drains-unlimited.com)
Return Window
- Standard catalog material may be returned only upon written authorization of the Seller within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Product must be in original factory condition, unused and in original packaging.
- Seasonal or sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
*Custom-built products may be returned only upon written authorization of the Drains Unlimited Inc. Sales Team.
Refund Information
- Original payment method will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
- Select your preferred replacement item during the return process
- If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference
- Exchange shipping is free for your first exchange
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact Drains Unlimited Sales (sales@drains-unlimited.com) within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged items or packaging
- You may be provided with a prepaid return label
